When you purchase a Capitainer product, we provide standard instruction materials (Basic Package) designed to support accurate and reliable sampling. These include clear, step-by-step sampling guides and demonstration videos that can be used internally, shared with end users, or integrated into your existing workflows.
For customers who need more customization or full deployment support, we offer three instruction packages – Basic, Extra, and Complete; depending on your requirements.

Our three instruction packages are based on our experience across different user groups, markets, and local practices. They are designed to help you choose the right level of support for your project.
Even if you handle kitting yourself or through an external partner, we recommend using our instructions.
Our Packages
All sampling instructions are provided in English, with the option to support additional languages upon request.
Basic Package
When you purchase a Capitainer® product, a basic English sampling instruction is always included. It contains a QR code linking to an instruction video and is customized with your logo, labeling instructions, return procedure, and images of your Sample ID label and return envelope.
This is recommended for smaller projects where end users are familiar with the process, have good reading comprehension, and can easily use a QR code.
Extra Package
You receive everything included in the Basic package, with the option to further adapt the sampling instruction to your own brand guidelines.
We also set up a dedicated webpage on our website, which your QR code links to. The page can include additional information, images, and resources you want participants to access.
Recommended for larger projects or when additional guidance and stronger branding are required.
Complete Package
You receive everything included in the Basic and Extra packages, with the option to create a fully customized sampling instruction tailored to a specific target group. This can include adapted visuals such as real life photos, as well as changes to the format, number of pages, and overall size of the instruction.
