🧠 New Publication in Nature Communications
A new publication in Nature Communications further validates the use of remote capillary blood sampling for Alzheimer’s disease biomarker testing.
The study demonstrates that remotely self-collected blood samples can be used to measure biomarkers associated with cognitive decline and function in older adults, supporting the potential of remote sampling in real-world settings.
In both this study and the previously published DROP-AD study, blood samples were collected using Capitainer® volumetric microsampling cards.
